How to Work the Midi Skirt this Summer
I'm excited to share a slice of my life in Seattle with you today. Like any other city, Seattle is divided up into several different neighborhoods. I live in the area called Capitol Hill, which is situated on a steep hill just east of Seattle's downtown business district. It's densely populated and one of Seattle's most prominent areas for dining and nightlife. I love living on Capitol Hill because I can walk to all of my favorite spots (cafés, coffee shops... you name it). One of those spots happens to be juicebox cafe on 12th Avenue. juicebox is an organic cold-pressed juice and veggie focused cafe specializing in mindful cookery and healthy eating. Besides feeling totally good about anything I consume while visiting, the shop itself is a beautiful sanctuary within the busy city. Filled with sprawling plants and the smell of freshly cut fruits and veggies, it's a place I love to simply enjoy. Today I found myself wearing a boat-neck crop top and textured a-line midi skirt. I love these matching separates because together they have this ballerina-chic appeal to them; I couldn't help but throw in a few twirls while walking down the street. Yet to keep the look feeling contemporary, I opted for coordinating tan accessories.
