Why the Blazer Romper is Seriously Chic
I am a huge fan of the little black dress, blazers, and rompers. So, my long sleeve blazer romper dress checks off all kinds of boxes on my fashion must-have list. While constructed with classic blazer details, like lightly padded shoulders, notched lapels, and long sleeves, the garment is finished with flirty shorts that make it a seriously chic alternative to my favorite blazer or little black dress.
Doing away with the traditional concept of a LBD, the long sleeve blazer romper dress can easily go from day to night because of its slim fit and overall tailored look. What I think I love most about the romper is that although it has that borrowed-from-the-boys appeal, it is still a totally playful piece that demands a second look.
To keep the outfit feeling totally polished, I opted to pair the long sleeve blazer romper dress with my black cashmere turtleneck sweater and Henri Bendel West 57th small lizard turnlock satchel. Both equally sophisticated. Both totally luxe. I accented the bag with a Adrienne Landau grey fur pom pom key fob. I am currently pretty obsessed with accessorizing every handbag of mine with a fur pom-pom before heading out. I bought this one in three colors! I love them because they instantly add a touch of luxe to any bag.
