Fall Outfit Inspiration: The Long Sleeve Lace Dress

While all signs of fall have arrived in Seattle, from leaves on the sidewalks to pumpkins in the supermarkets, the temperatures are still comfortably warm for the time of year. With such an easy transition from summer to fall temperatures this September and October, I've decidedly put the knits and cashmere on-hold until temperatures start to really drop. Que today's of-the-moment  sheer black long sleeve lace dress. It's delicate allure created by the sheer panels, fitted bodice, and illusion neckline, makes for a romantic fall dress this season. Designed with a high neckline and long sleeves to balance the mini length - it's a little black dress that is totally wearable. Punctuated by on-trend illusion details and sheer mesh insets, it's feminine, flattering and modern. While I've recently been featuring quite a few lace dresses (see them here), this is definitely my pick for a dramatic LBD that's cocktail hour approved. However, for day, I've opted to dress down the luxe lace detailing and figure-skimming silhouette with a wide-brim hat and suede cutout pumps.
