Designed with a confetti-like tweed print, the dress is definitely 100% celebration-ready. Made from black stretch-silk patterned with rainbow-flecked tweed print, the dress is a feminine take on the shirtdress. I especially love how the easy button-up silhouette is elongated by a soft chiffon ruffle that flirts with the knee. The Catherine is the fresh, head-turning number all wrapped up in an accompanying matching tie belt (or should I say bow) cinched at the waist.
