Your Not-So-Basic Guide to Rocking an Off-The-Shoulder Top
If there ever was a top worthy of a photo, this is it. And, this black off-the-shoulder top is my latest obsession. While the little black dress can do no wrong, this look is the perfect substitute for your go-to cocktail dress. Its off-the-shoulder silhouette shows off my shoulders while the deconstructed ruffles dramatically cascade down from the bell sleeves making me feel like superwoman. To keep the look feeling effortless, I paired it with my black Theory Avla Pants and Dior Black Patent Calfskin Slingback Pump.
While I am a huge fan of the off-the-shoulder trend. It is kind of ev-ery-where. I actually recently read on Elle.com that "The off-the-shoulder top is no longer a trend, it's a wardrobe essential." So, here is my not-so-basic guide to rocking an off-the-shoulder top this summer. Try these 5 Techniques to effortlessly rock an off-the-shoulder top this summer and look anything but basic.
