Date Night Reimagined with Rachel Zoe
I am such a fan of Rachel Zoe. Mostly because I love how she is able to infuse a touch of glamour into every collection that she designs. Her presentations during New York Fashion Week are always a highlight of my time there. Thinking back, I have been lucky enough to attend the last three! Her most recent collection for Fall/Winter 2016 was filled with all of my favorite textures: lace, fringe, and fur. She seriously has me dreaming of September! While September is a bit off, her latest collection is filled with just as many pieces to drool over. One dress to note is the Rachel Zoe Livia colorblock silk midi dress, which I just recently wore for a night out in Seattle!
So, where to start?! The kimono sleeves, wrap skirt, and fringe sash all come together so beautifully to create such a unique dress. While the two-tone colorblock design creates the appearance of a two-piece outfit, it is in fact a silk midi dress. With such stunning details, the dress seems to effortlessly ooze sophistication. However, I find that the scarf-ties and relaxed bodice give the black and white Rachel Zoe dress a bit of a bohemian vibe. The combination makes for a very playful number. For an evening out, I opted to pair the color-blocked dress with a statement cuff, gold choker, and strappy sandals.

I have also linked to more black and white outfits if this color palette is up your alley. Or, if you are as ready for spring as I am, I have linked to more spring-inspired outfits.
