Although I've been wishing for an endless summer... I have finally succumb to the temptation that is fall fashion. I can't help but crave layers, rich texture, and my favorite knits. So, I'm kickstarting the month of September with this fall-inspired look.

This fall, artisanal handiwork is a major must-have on my list. Whether its embroidery, brocade, or patchwork, it's all oh-so-desirabley on point this season. Many designers referenced motifs often reserved for the home. While others took to global influences, like Tory Burch who took inspiration from Moroccan rugs. Either way it is easily one of fall 2015's most wearable fashion trends because it can be interpreted in so many different ways. I'd say the only rule to be followed is, well, more is more!

This Sachin & Babi Noir mesh midi skirt is nothing short of a fall masterpiece with its colorful folkloric embroidery. I opted to pair the embroidered skirt with Valentino Noir Rockstud leather pumps and my go-to faux leather jacket for an easy fall look.
