Hello! Sharing my Alice and Olivia Red Lace Floral Georgette Gown I recently wore to a holiday gala in Seattle called Providence O'Christmas Trees. The event raises funds that are used to help care for individuals in need of healthcare, housing and hospice. In doing so, the organization is able to improve the quality of life for those with chronic and/or life limiting conditions living in Providence communities throughout Western Washington. It is a really amazing cause and equally fantastic event. Above I linked to the organization for anyone interested in learning more.

With a cause to rally behind, there is nothing I love more than dressing up for a formal event like Providence O'Christmas Trees. I'll use any excuse I can get to purchase a floor-sweeping gown of my dreams! And, the holiday season makes any black-tie event that much better because sequins, feathers, and bright reds are all fair game and totally appropriate. So for an evening of glamour and charity, I opted for a crimson lace gown featuring lace detailing and a floral print.

The Alice and Olivia gown fuses modern elegance with Victorian-inspired details. Cut with a nipped-in waist and a high neckline, the dress is an especially flattering pick for a holiday event. Featuring a red floral motif and paneled black lace inserts, I especially love how the gown channels a timeless after-dark glamour for a very a romantic appeal. I opted to pair the dress with all-black accessories to complete the look.
